Roseburg Public Library reopens May 25
The Roseburg Public Library staff is eager to welcome patrons back when the building reopens with limited hours Tuesday, May 25, shortly before the summer reading season kicks off. Following Oregon Health Authority guidance during this transitional phase, the library staff asks patrons to limit visits to one hour. Masks or face coverings must be worn in the building at all times.
City to resume normal utility billing practices
The Roseburg Water Department is asking water customers to reach out to discuss past-due balances as the department prepares to resume normal utility billing practices this summer. Utility billing staff will work with customers who need to set up a payment plan, but the deadline to call is Friday, July 30.
